My history has proven that owning real estate is the fastest and most secure way to acquire financial wealth, if done right. For me, all other modes of income or accumulation of wealth have paled in comparison. In buying distressed or underperforming homes, restoring them to maximum potential and renting or selling, I’ve realized significant gains and passive income through several major downturns. As a hands-on person with a background in Mechanical Engineering, I did much of the building, remodeling, design and permitting myself, and am considered a highly skilled tradesman. 

I became a broker because I believe in real estate, I’m experienced in all its facets, and I’m good at it.

I serve the full economic spectrum, from entry level to luxury estates, handling a range of property types from single family residential to multi-family, vacant land and small farms. I excel in valuations, strategy and negotiation, so we'll stay right on target and my clients get what they want.  As an experienced builder my clients are well supported and informed along the way. Buying and selling real estate can be a thrilling and emotional rollercoaster.  I put out fires before you're aware of them and I’m appreciated for my gentle personality and steady hand through the trials.
